About me
Hi! My name is Findus!
You might know my real name, but if you don't, this is Findus! I advocate for privacy online, and this portfolio should reflect that.
I am a fresh-out-the-box software developer. I finished my apprenticeship in July of 2025.
During my four years as a student in IT, I developed a fondness towards Linux systems, a passion for Information Security and the ever-growing topic of concern: personal privacy in the IT world. I am an advocate for privacy preserving tech, and promote its usage in my family circle and under firends. I want to reach beyond that, so I am looking towards participating in projects, events and working with like-minded individuals on this topic.
I am currently employed as a freelancer in web-development projects. My aim is the Cyber-Security space. Currently, I am acquiring skills, that will help me get into this field in the future.
Interests and Hobbies
I am really into Linux, and I love the topics of IT-privacy and security. I frequently listen to the Darknet Diaries podcast for entertainment. In my free time I like to be out in nature. Hiking or helping out on my families farm. I am into mathematics too, just for fun! Physical fitness is important to me, so I practice Calisthenics regularly.
Abilities
For proof of this knowledge, check out my projects and my blog posts. Those pages are works in progress, so if you cannot see anything yet, go see my github, or reach out and challenge me!
